About Jose

I’m Jose Carlos Salazar Quesada. I spent over a decade designing data solutions, dashboards and operational systems inside companies like BCG, Pfizer, Walmart and Hewlett Packard. I know what good analytics looks like at scale - and how often it fails to reach the people who need it.
In 2026 I founded Brighter Latitude, a personalized travel company that designs end-to-end Costa Rica journeys around what actually interests each traveler. Building it forced me to apply everything I knew about data, process and AI to a real small business with real constraints. I now use that same combination - analytics foundation + founder experience + practical AI - to help other founders and operators build systems that let them grow without drowning in operations.
I live in Lisbon and work with clients remotely across Europe and the Americas.
